Over the years Motown Soul Revue has had amazing talent join us to bring the show to life. The cast consists of amazing talented singers, musicians and artists. This years Anniversary Cast brings together some of our All Stars to Celebrate our history!

Majesty-Scott

Majesty Pearl Scott

Director / Singer

Majesty Pearl Scott is the visionary, writer and director of the Motown Soul Revue Productions. She is a vocalist, actress, dancer, musician, and songwriter. She earned her BA in Theatre and Performance Studies from UC Berkeley. She has sung and continues to sing with many great Gospel and R&B artists. Majesty has worked with the American Conservatory Theatre, the Lorraine Hansberry, Tracie Collins Productions, Broadway by the Bay, Berkeley Playhouse, Ray of Light Theatre, California’s Great America, RWS Productions, African American Shakespeare, Napa Valley Theatre and Hillsbarn Theatre just to name a few.

She has enjoyed performing at several historical venues and places around the world such as the Faith TV network in East London, South Africa, the Wembley Arena in London, England, the Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV, the Paramount Theatre & The Mormon Temple both in Oakland, CA. Majesty is currently expanding her gifts in the career of nursing as a Registered Nurse. One of Majesty’s goals and dreams is to continue to share love and evoke unity in the community through the power of music and performing arts. Sean Alexander

Sean Alexander

A native of Oakland, California, Sean developed a passion for music and performing at an early age, citing top billing performers such as Stevie Wonder, Prince, Usher, Celine Dion, Michael Mc Donald, and Sade as both vocal and performing inspirations. Sean, a student of music, has performed on a variety of stages. Currently he can be found exercising his budding talent at the notable Love Center Ministries as the director of their Young Adult Choir SPIRIT ( Souls Progressing In Righteousness Integrity & Truth).

Joshua-Carter

Joshua Carter

Joshua Carter, is a Gospel/Soul singer with a multi-octave range. Joshua began singing at the tender age of 3 years old in his church choir (Evangelistic Outreach Church), and honed his skills in his early teens traveling with the Encinal Voices of Gospel.

Through his calling in ministry, he has shared his gift at many churches, including Love Center, Acts Full Gospel, Glad Tidings and Olivet Institutional. Joshua has also performed for the Golden State Warriors and accompanied several Grammy nominated artists such as Goapele, Dave Hollister of the hit R&B Group Blackstreet, Syleena Johnson, and Ledisi.

You may have seen him performing on countless stages, including the BET Superbowl Gospel Celebration, Davies Symphony Hall, Yoshi’s, Capital Jazz Festival, San Jose Jazz Festival and the Paramount Theater to name a few.

Emmanuel-Coleman

Emmanuel Coleman

Emmanuel is a singer, actor and percussionist, and a native of the South Bay. At a very young age he discovered his love for the stage and music through church plays and choirs. His love for gospel music has impacted his vocal style and range with influences from such artists as Darryl Coley, John P. Kee, & the Clark Sisters just to name a few. Emmanuel has had the privilege of entertaining a variety of audiences both small and large. He is a veteran performer in the Motown Soul Revue Production where his voice, stage presence and style are signature. He is elated to be here to celebrate its 10th Anniversary.

Empire-Hall

Empire Hall

Empire Hall is pleased to be returning for the Motown Soul Revue 10th Anniversary. He has been in the show since the beginning, performing in the first show at just 6 years old. He is a talented young musician who plays saxophone for the East Bay Youth Orchestra and the Patten Orchestra 1. He sings with “The Voices” at the Miraculous Foundation along with his church family.

Anthone-Jackson

Anthone D. Jackson

Anthone is actor/singer who was born and raised right here in the Bay Area. He began singing at the age of 4, in church and continues to lead worship at his parents church Transformed Through Hope Ministries(Manteca, CA) . He sings in various choirs around the Bay. When not acting or singing Anthone works as a therapist with children, follow him on Instagram @AnthoneJsings for upcoming shows. He is so appreciative of his beautiful wife, Ashlee for holding it down with their wonderful children(Averee, Aubree, and Amanee)  while he’s been out!

Jacoree-Prothro

JaCoree Prothro

JaCoree Prothro is a singer-songwriter who has honed his musical skills by singing in church and competing in many talent shows. In 2001, he was one of the finalists in the Gospel SuperFest National Showcase held by radio station WVKO ‘The Light’  in Ohio. JaCoree was the winner of the 2016 Victory VoCals Competition and the “Pass The Mic” contest at radio station KMEL 106.1. JaCoree has appeared on BET’s “Bobby Jones Gospel Show” and was a featured artist at Yoshi’s with the world-renowned saxophonist Donald Hayes. He has been prominently featured as a soloist with the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir in their Annual Holiday Concerts at the Paramount Theatre, and has performed at Holiday Soul with the San Francisco Symphony opening for Vanessa Williams and Brian McKnight. JaCoree has been afforded the opportunity to sing background vocals for many nationally known gospel artists including Byron Cage, LeAndria Johnson, Donnie McClurkin, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Crystal Rucker, Bebe Winans, Donald Lawrence, Nakitta Fox, B.Slade (Tonex), Kierra Sheard, Karen Clark-Sheard, and many others.

JaCoree is the founder of the “#LiquidLove Movement”, working to stop gun violence, pushing past the sting of death in honor of his brother Jovante who was gunned down in a senseless murder. JaCoree lives by the holy scripture, “To whom much is given, much is required…” Luke 12:48 (KJV). His desire is to reach the Heart of God. His vocal ministry is pushing past pain, darkness and fear, decreeing and declaring that the winner in YOU CAN arise! Check out his current single “My Destiny” and new single coming Soon!! “On A Mission.”

Lyniece-Holomon

Lyniece Holoman

Lyniece Holoman comes from a family of musical talent and greatness. From the late great Lola Holoman and her father Grammy award-winning musician Lionel LJ Holoman Jr., Lyniece was destined for success. Beginning performing and singing at a young age, she has gone on to share the stage with many Gospel and R&B artist such as Karen Clark Sheard, Ledisi, Charles Jenkins, and Nikki Potts. She has also graced popular stages as a soloist such as Yoshi’s Jazz Club, and the renowned Love Center both in Oakland, CA. This is Lyniece’s second appearance in a Motown Soul Revue Production. She is elated to be performing once again and celebrating this monumental occasion of the 10th year Anniversary.

Janelle-LaSalle

Janelle LaSalle

Janelle LaSalle is delighted to be returning to the “Motown Soul Revue” for its 10th Anniversary Show.  Most recently, Janelle was heard in the Pixar short film “Twenty Something” where she voiced the main character, “Nicole” (NAACP Image Award Nominee) – now streaming on “Disney+”.

Stage credits include Jesus Christ Superstar (Jesus) with Ray of Light Theatre (TBA and SFBATCC Best Actress Nominee), Dreamgirls (Deena Jones) with Broadway by the Bay, Beauty and the Beast (Belle) with Berkeley Playhouse, Chicago (Velma Kelly) with Palo Alto Players, and Memphis (Felicia) with The Tabard Theatre (TBA Best Actress Nominee).

As a professional recording artist, Janelle had produced two original albums and her music has been featured on national radio and television.  She continues to perform with various bands and theater companies around the bay area.

Emperess-Scott

Emperess Pearl Scott-Hall

Emperess Pearl Scott-Hall is a veteran of Motown Soul Revue Show and is elated to be here for its 10th Anniversary. Since the show’s inception Emperess has served as one of the creative directors and her influence can be seen behinds the scenes as well as on the stage. From set designs to costumes and wardrobe, her creativity and artistry is an integral part to the show. Her passion for music and the arts began at an early age, performing with Gospel Legends such John P. Kee and Yolanda Adams. She is an organist, vocalist, and has served as the Musical Director of TMF for over 25 years.

As a professional she multitasks various roles as a Business owner and Registered Nurse. Emperess loves to travel and can’t wait to take the Motown Soul Revue Show on the road!

Kimille-Stingily

Kimille Stingily

Kimille Stingily is a native of Pittsburg, Ca.  Her love of music and performing began at a young age.  She has participated in various musical ensembles and theatre productions in and around the Bay Area. A graduate of Norfolk State University, Kimille toured the US with the NSU Concert and Chamber Choirs. Today, she continues to perform in music and theatre and is excited to rejoin the cast of Motown for the 10 year-anniversary. She would like to thank her friends and family for their continued love, support, and encouragement. Kimille dedicates her performance to her son, Malakai.

Robin-Hodge-Williams

Robin Hodge Williams

Robin Hodge-Williams, born and raised in Oakland, CA, hails from a musical, preaching family of Pastors, singers, preachers, evangelists and great musicians. She is an acclaimed gospel singer, songwriter, producer, workshop clinician, evangelist and actress. Robin has over 30 years of experience in music, working in the music industry and performing arts. She has had the pleasure of traveling extensively throughout the Bay Area and internationally as an artist and clinician in places such as Rome, Italy, Switzerland, Paris, Japan and Frankfurt, Germany selling out show after show. Robin takes great joy in using her gifts and talents. She revels in the area of vocal training and teaching piano and organ. In 2022, Robin was a headliner at the acclaimed Yoshi’s with a sold-out show. She is one of the featured vocalists for the acclaimed gospel stage play “A Soulful Christmas” at the historic Lorraine Hansberry Theater. Robin has had a privilege to perform with noted greats including, Daryl Coley, the Hawkins Family, The New Edwin Hawkins Singers and Shirley Caesar. She has also graced the stage with Patti LaBelle, Kim Burrell and numerous others. Robin is a Motown Soul Revue veteran performer. She looks forward to performing and sharing her talent with family, friends and the community in this 10th year Anniversary.

Jennifer Frazier

Jennifer Marie, synonymous with professionalism and creativity was born and raised in Oakland Ca. She began her dance career at the age of 12 and began teaching in 2000. She has held dance classes and workshops from Tokyo to Los Angeles and studied various dance styles such as Contemporary, Jazz, Modern, and Hip Hop locally and abroad in Spain and NYC! Jennifer believes there is a dancer in every one and is passionate about helping people bring that dancer out! Her energy and signature style on and off the dance floor is one that is unforgettable!

India Marie Little began dance at the early age of 12. Performing Arts has always been her passion. India studied many styles such as Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Flamingo, Ballroom, Hip-Hop and Modern, taking a special interest in Lyrical and Modern Dance. She trained throughout the years at San Jose State University and Alonzo Kings Lines Ballet to name a few (San Francisco, CA). India has professionally taken the stage for numerous occasions choreographing and dancing: weddings, banquets, debutante balls, corporate events and churches all over the country. She has opened for notable renowned Recording Gospel Artists such as Ricky Dillard & New G! India has been a choreographer, featured dancer and as a solo performer in the Lorraine Hansberry Theatre’s Production of “A Soulful Christmas.”

She has had the esteemed pleasure of choreographing three Motown shows for the Miraculous Foundation Church (Oakland, CA). In 2019-2020, India worked professionally with the DanDan Performing Arts LLC as an Artist/Teacher for numerous Elementary Charter schools in the San Leandro/ San Lorenzo school district. India is all about business on and off the stage. With a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration-Management, she prepared to produce and be successful! Her focus of each opportunity is creating an impact of change, inspiration, development and passion!

Shania Hart

Shania Hart

Shania Hart is a proud mother and native San Franciscan whose passion for dance was recognized at the early age of 5. She has 20+ years of experience in Performing Arts, as a dancer and choreographer. Shania is the owner and Director of dance for Shania’s Dance Studio in Oakland CA, that offers affordable dance classes for the youth that inspire and provide a safe place for kids to be kids feel confident and thrive. Her dance studio also offers pop up classes for adults. Her dance style includes Hip-Hop, Modern Jazz and  Praise dance. Shania received studies at the California UC Berkeley in Berkeley California, and Contra Costa College dance production program in Richmond California. In addition she’s taught dance for Oakland, Berkeley and the San Francisco school districts. Performing and training with some of the best dance studios in the Bay Area has been extremely rewarding for Shania along with some of her precessional accomplishments as a finalist for a dance show on the BET network and much more.

What best describes Shania is her positive attitude and determination. Shania feels that her dancing is a gift and apart of her calling from God. She will always share with other for that reason. She believes that dance has no special body type or age but is something inspired from the heart. Shania’s purpose is to continue self-development through dance and to teach and inspire everyone.  Having a sense of humor, style, and humility has helped Shania fulfill her purpose through dance. Sharing her gift with the world is the best blessing to her.

Aniyah-Hill

Aniyah Hill

Aniyah Hill has always had a passion for dance. Discovering this talent at a young age, she had gone on to cultivate and utilize her gifts in several productions in the Bay Area. Aniyah is also broadening her creativity with the study of cosmetology and makeup. This is Aniyah’s second appearance in the Motown Soul Revue Production. She is excited to be sharing her gift with family, friends and the community! She is a young bright star on the move!

Aniya Morris

My name is Aniya Morris, I danced in the Motown show when I was in high school and it was a fun experience. I was able to perform with old friends from middle school along with  other amazing and dancers. I am now in college and happy to be apart of the Motown experience once again. Thank you to majesty for having me back!

Lindsey-Walker

Lindsey Walker

Lindsey Walker is a Bay Area native. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist passionate about providing comprehensive mental health services that aid in the holistic betterment of all individuals. She is a violinist and has always possessed a love and sincere appreciation for the arts. She holds a background in contemporary & hip-hop dance. Lindsey enjoys activities that allow her to engage in creative self expression. She also enjoys maintaining her physical health through exercising & engaging in self care through traveling.
